Interior Game provides you with all kinds of acoustical solutions whether you are looking ahead
to match your current décor with fabric wall panels or block sound which are
transferring from room to room with vinyl noise barriers or need vibration
mounts. We offer a full line of acoustical foam for ceiling and wall
applications, sound control doors and ceiling tiles for soundproofing ceilings.
All of our products do have independent sound and flammability tests and most
products offered are ASTM E84 tested Class A-1 non-flammable. We provide you
all kinds of solutions for Commercial, Industrial, Educational, House of
Worship, Pro Audio, OEM, Home Theater and other Residential applications.
We
recommend our fabric wall panels, if you are looking for an aesthetically
pleasing sound absorber. There are more than 100 options for fabric. We offer
various types of vinyl noise barriers if you are looking ahead for blockingsound. One of the most commonly used is mass loaded vinyl. Mass Loaded VinylBarriers can be used behind the sheet rock to block sound from leaving a room.
If you have requirement for soundproof door which is also known as sound
control doors, the Studio 3D™ can be used in any applications where a
soundproof door is needed.
We
recommend Echo Eliminator™ for noise control applications. The Echo Eliminator™
is a high performance noise control product which is made from recycled cotton.
Sound Silencer™ is a great option for soundproofing ceilings , this dual
function panel blocks as well as absorbs the sound. We offer a full line of
acoustical foam in case you are looking ahead for recording studio with
aesthetic look. For more soundproofing information, please visit our
soundproofing page or blog.
When
noise and sound transmission needs to be effectively controlled, Mass Loaded
Vinyl Noise Barrier is the solution to build noise barriers and soundproof
walls.

Tecsound 100
A polymer-based, asphalt-free, high density synthetic
soundproofing membrane, that offers good acoustic insulation in different
building elements. It has extremely high visco-elasticity as well as being
extremely flexible even in cold temperatures.
Tecsound 100 scrim reinforced (T100 Part Code A140)
This material has excellent sound insulating properties. Many
construction materials and techniques do not provide enough damping. Rigid
sheet materials such as plasterboard absorb little sound energy becuase they
tend to vibrate and re-radiate sound on the other side quite effectively.
Tecsound acoustic membrane however has tremendous density and mass whilst being
extremely 'limp', its acoustically better than lead of the same surface mass,
so will help absorb sound energy far more efficiently.
Whilst some systems rely on
visco-elastic glues to provide 'damping' the results achieved will vary greatly
on the application of the glue. Is it too thick ? is it too thin ? has it been
applied evenly and consistantly ?
Visco-elastic glues do not
add any extra mass to a system and at the end of the day the best way to reduce
bass transmission is by having a heavy weight, heavily damped, mass/spring
system. Tecsound Acoustic Membrane provides the best of both worlds, high
additional mass and high damping, that can be applied not only over 100% of the
area in question but uniformly

Applications
- Soundproofing
against airborne noise in vertical walls with low surface density
(lightweight partition walls or boards made of different materials).
- Soundproofing
against airborne noise in ceilings and floors.
- When
bonded between stiff rigid sheet materials it greatly reduces the
resonance and coincidence dips.
- When
stapled over frameworks it greatly improves a lightweight partitions
overall performance.
- When
bonded to lightweight resonating metal panelwork it greatly reduces
vibration and re-radiated noise.
- Damping
of impact noise caused by rain on metal deck roofs.
- Combined
with sound-absorbent materials, it offers products with high acoustic
performance.
- Its
applications in the industrial field cover from the soundproofing of
booths to the acoustic insulation of machine-rooms, gutter pipes,
sound-damping of metal sheets, etc.
Which way round?
The material has a reinforcing scrim facing on one side.
When stapling over a framework you want the scrim side facing you.
When laying on a floor have the scrim side facing you. When using multiple layers you will may find the material will want to tack to itself so keep scrim side against brown side.
When sticking in-between plasterboard stick the brown side to the first board.

Polyurethane Foam
Polyester Urethane Foam sound absorber, is a 2 lb. per cu. ft.
(32 kg/m3) density polyester urethane foam developed to absorb maximum
acoustical energy, using minimum weight and thickness. Sound ¡s absorbed over a
broad frequency spectrum with peak efficiencies above the 500 Hz frequency
level. Polyester Urethane Foam is charcoal grey in color with a consistent
small open-cell structure to provide maximum sound absorption. The material is
very clean to handle and is non-toxic and non-irritating. Because of high tear
and shear strength properties, it can be supported with a minimum of mechanical
fasteners. It can be attached by adhesive to most types of hard reflective
surfaces and also furnished die-cut to any irregular shape, and can be easily
cut with a utility knife or scissors. Standard thicknesses are 1/4” through 2”
(6 mm through 51 mm).
Polyester Urethane Foam is available with special facings for
protection against oils, dirts, and moisture, and is also available with
pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for ease of installation where the material
is to be applied by bonding.
Application
Polyester Urethane Foam is an absorber used to reduce the energy
of reflective and/or reverberant sound waves in the middle and high frequency
ranges. When used as a decoupler of two masses, such as for wrapping ductwork
or pipelines prior to the use of secondarybarrier materials such as mass-loaded
vinyl products, it increases the Sound Transmission Class (STC) of the system.
It may be used in baffle form above open-top enclosures where it is necessary
to reduce reverberant sound levels created by reflection from hard surfaces.
Product Specifications
Acoustical absorption material shall be polyester-type, urethane
foam having an NRC Rating of 0.35 for 1/4” (6 mm) thickness, 0.54 for 1/2” (1 3
mm), 0.75 for 1 “(25 mm), or 0.90 for 2” (51 mm) thickness.
Acoustical absorption material shall have a life service
expectancy of ten years under normal applications, and shall be rated #94 HF-i
in accordance with UL #94 Flame Retardancy Tests.
When used in environments where the open cells of the foam can
be filled or contaminated with oil, oil mists, dirt, dusts, and water, the
exposed surface shall be faced with a thin film of either Urethane, Ted lar, or
Mylar to protect against this contamination.
Material shall have a density of 2 lbs./cu. ft. (32 kg/m3) and
shall be manufactured by Polyester Urethane, Inc.
The optional film facing provides protection in applications
involving dust, oil mist, and moisture without detracting from the acoustical
properties of the foam.
Acoustywall - Polysorb Wall Panels
